The customer had recentrly purchased an new construction home, in which the builder did NOT install/include lanai/porch screen enclosure. The customer and his family were not able to fully use their lanai/porch as the home was is located near by wet lands which are a source of many insects (particularly pesky mosquitoes) and various sorts of small and medium wild reptiles and animals, which all could and did neter their open lanai/porch area (often at times as the customer's family wanted to enjoy their lanai/porch).The solution was to construct a new lanai/porch screen enclosure to stop all the wild uninvited lanai/porch area invaders, as well as to secure family belongings stored outside on the lanai/porch (such as barbecue grill, bikes, tables, and chairs).
