This case study is about a screened pool enclosure painting and re-screening job in Parrish, Florida. The customer had purchased the home in which the previous home owner had neglected to maintain the screen enclosure around their outdoor pool area, casuing the main screened pool enclosure structure/frame surface finish to oxidize and tarnish, as well as screens to fray and develop tears/holes, and rubber screen splines to degrade.
